Return Policy for Sage Microsystems
At Sage Microsystems, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That's why we have a comprehensive return policy in place for both our hardware and software products.
If you are not satisfied with your hardware purchase from Sage Microsystems, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, all accessories, manuals, and other materials included with the product must be returned as well.

We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you are not satisfied with your software purchase from Sage Microsystems, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
